The primary principle of selecting the hydraulic pump is the working conditions requirements of the satisfaction system, and based on this, the output volume, operating pressure and structural type of the hydraulic pump are selected.
1. Select the output traffic of the hydraulic pump
The traffic of the extra flow pump of the pump should be satisfied with the maximum speed of the implementation component, so the output traffic of the pump QP shall be concluded according to the maximum flow and leakage of the system, that is, the output traffic of the QP pump in QP ≥ kqmax (L (L L /min) K -system leakage coefficient, usually K = 1.1 ~ 1.3 (pipeline long takes large value, short pipelines are shorter); QMAX implements the maximum flow (L/min) required for component internships one by one.
The traffic obtained from accounting has the following situations: the following pumps have the following conditions:
1. Assume that the system is provided by a single pump to provide an implementation element, and the hydraulic pump is selected at the maximum speed of the implementation component.
2. The system is given to several implementation components by a hydraulic pump oil supply, then the flow required for each implementation component in each period should be calculated, the flow circulation diagram is made, and the flow of the pump is selected according to the maximum traffic.
3. Assume that the system is supplied by the dual pump, and at the highest speed of work in the operation, the small flow pump is selected; The amount of oil given is to subtract the traffic of the small flow pump in the operation from the operation, which is the flow of the large flow pump.
4. Multiple implementation components move together. The maximum flow of the implementation element that moves together shall determine the flow of the pump.
5. Assume that the power compensation of the storage device for the implementation component in the system, the traffic standard of the pump can be selected smaller.
6. Regarding the operation process that always uses the system to regulate the valve speed, when the flow of the pump is determined, the minimum overflow flow of the overflow valve should also be added (usually 3L/min). After finding the output traffic of the pump, select the pump flow QP that is equal to or slightly greater than the calculation of the product sample.
It is worth noting:
First, the addition of the additional traffic of the hydraulic pump should not be much larger than the internship operation. To avoid excessive overflow of the pump, it constitutes a large power throw away.
Second, because the impact of the leakage of the leakage of the hydraulic pump is concluded, the additional flow is larger than the traffic required for accounting, so that the internship speed may be slightly larger.
Second, the operation pressure of the hydraulic pump
It should be determined according to the maximum operating pressure of the hydraulic cylinder, that is, the operating pressure (PA) of the pp pump in Pp≥Pmax+∑Δp or pp≥kPmax; the maximum operating pressure (PA) of the PMAX one implementation component ∑Δp is thrown away (PA). After the PP is calculated, the pump should be selected according to additional pressure, and the additional pressure of the selected pump should be equal to or higher than the accounting value. In the application, only the time of time overloaded, or the plan that is specified in the product clarification book is promised to select the hydraulic pump according to the high pressure.
Third, select the structure type of hydraulic pump
When the output flow and operating pressure of the hydraulic pump are determined, the detailed structure of the pump can be selected. The conclusive PP and QP values are compared with the additional pressure and additional flow on the signs of the hydraulic pump nameplate, so that the value on the nameplate is equal to or slightly greater than the PP and QP values (don't look too much.
1. Usually, when the additional pressure is 2.5MPa, the gear pump should be used; when the additional pressure is 6.3MPa, the leaves should be used
